Woohoo! The last day of 2012 and I've been slacking at home the whole day. Intended to go to school today to prepare the classroom a little to welcome the little ones when school reopens.Well, the mind over body thing totally screwed up in me, refused to get out of bed in the morning. So I guess the first new year resolution for me will be having more self control/discipline? Something that he has been complaining that I'm lacked of.
I recall and look back the whole of 2012 and I know it was well-spent. See, no new year resolution (not that I remember) yet I had a great year. I only remember that I kept telling myself to be appreciative, to cherish, to treasure and be positive! And I think it really kinda works. So that shall continue...
I also remember that my 2012 began with a loud bang, literally. Experiencing countdown in a rather cold weather, sitting in the streets of Taipei, looking at the beautiful fireworks at Taipei 101 with him and my bunch of lovely friends. I just saw him complaining about riding to work in raincoat on last day of 2012. Now that I look back, I am seriously considering countdown in overseas every year. Malaysia is considered overseas as well right? :)
Anyhow, I'll still be meeting friends later after he finishes work! So not going to countdown alone at home. Looking forward to a better year ahead, 2013!
