SA 2 Mathematics for my kids is finally over! I got extremely jittery since early in the morning, as if I was taking the paper. When I saw the paper, I nearly fainted! I thought "die ah...this topic is a killer for my kids, yet so many questions from the topic were out!" I asked the class how was the paper, as expected, "SO HARDDDD!" But they exclaimed they tried their best. And I believed them. When the teachers were marking the paper after school, my excitement shot up to the max. I was so eager to collate their marks till I can't even sleep a wink during my nap time, though I was freaking tired. No choice, got up, started calculating the marks for every student. Boy I was surprised!!! A few of them did pretty well! From not a single band 1 to quite a few, from a fail to a pass, from a band 3 to a band 2, and even band 1!!! The sense of satisfaction was crazily intense. They are like my first little babies, whom my partner and I put in so much effort to groom as they grow. And now, they really didn't disappoint me, which made me love them even more. Of course many of them have been practising a lot at home with family support. But their improvement made me feel like a great teacher (even though I may not be that great)! Thank you darlings, for making me feel so wonderful! You, every single one of you, will be remembered by Miss Chong, even after many years down the road. :)
Well, not the end yet, though it sounded like it. Science up next. >.< And I really have to pray hard and cross as many fingers as I can.
