Last week, I got a few pupils to stay back on Tuesday so that I could do some catch up with them on Mathematics. Unfortunately, one boy, who happened to be the one I wanted to help most as he just got transferred to this school and is weak in Math, fell down on the stairway right before remedial. He was brought back by his parents to see doctor. I thought it was a slight fall. Never did I expect he is gonna be on MC at least 10 days due to the fall. I can't help but to feel guilty because of this incident. All I wanted was to help. But looks like I've made it worse for him. I was relieved that his parents were understanding and did not blame me for the incident. Inevitably, the incident was indirectly caused by me.
