I find myself really fortunate to have that field supervisor la. She really really a very nice lady. Many problems just arised suddenly this morning, which made me quite panicky. YY started first and I stayed to take photos of her lesson. I think she was more nervous than me 'cause younger age group more difficult to handle and it was a bit messy for her also. She was so worried after her lesson. While mine, no better. I have made the supervisor wait for a while 'cause some of my kids were havind eyes checkup. In the end no choice but to take a few that I didn't select initially. A couple of kids were not being themselves today, a girl kept standing around and tried to lead the class, a boy was fighting with another girl. And lastly, didn't end my lesson orderly. But all these that I have mentioned, weren't big problems to her. Instead, she cared more about my teaching style in main activity and the response and comunication with my kids. I didn't even notice on some areas that I could have done better, until she pointed out to me! On the whole, she really helped a lot by giving comments, advices, ideas and allowing me to reflect and think. SO NICE! Thanks!
