Happy New Year!It's 2007 already! Time really flies. I can't really remember what significant events happened in Year 2006. But I believe it was still a not-too-bad year afterall. And I hope it will be an even better year this round. I also hope I can be a better ME, although I'm already very good..haha.School's gonna start real soon. *Sigh..and I dread that. Because, it also means all the assignment deadlines are shooting up one after another. Tmr will be the day I'm rushing all the things I'm supposed to finish in this 2 week break.
30th night, ZY sent me home. A few friends were over at my house till quite late. QY was sleeping over, oh, no, she didn't sleep. until the next morning when I was preparing myself to work. That girl made me stay up with her till the morning, torturing me like hell. I still have to go for work you know?! My eyes were very heavy most of the time, when I was working. It was damn boring at first la...no people at all lo..so quiet. It only got better at the late afternoon.
31st, after work, ZY came to find me! He didn't want to pei me to watch fireworks at first de. But he changed his mind later in the afternoon =). And we went to Balcony to look for QY, JJ, Ivan, Reeve, SL and Kezia. They were chilling out and having some drinks there. I only had a few sips of theirs and I felt so warm in my face shortly after. *Sigh..really bad drinker.
Headed down to Esplanade for fireworks! Really squeezing our way thru the crowd. So disgusting to feel other people's sweat...eeew. And luckily he was around to protect me from everything =). I don't understand why some people like to bring really little kids to go squeeze with others, jus to watch a few minutes of the fireworks. I think it's a torture to them lo..some were crying, some were sleeping and many were perspiring like nobody's business. And those people still have to bring along their prams..OMG. And many dirty-minded fellas are also squeezing their ways just to molest and harress girls. I have decided not to go that kinda place to countdown this year.
But still, when the clock struck 12, beautiful fireworks were displayed in the sky, very pretty indeed. Adding on to that romantic moment, my love one was just beside me, sharing that beautiful view together with me, how nice =).
