Hey there. Anyone miss me? Haven't been here for quite some time eh? Well, anyway, it wasn't a nice day for me today. Some customer's friend had a quarrel with me. Unreasonable people. At first I actually felt sorry for the customer and wished to do something to help. But her friend screwed up. I was so angry. As usual, complain to a few people..and felt a little better. Regina said we don't have to waste our energy to be angry at them. Hmm..ok, I try to. =)
